Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor at the Experience St. Peter Christmas in July Market! These festive evening markets are designed to bring shoppers to downtown St. Peter while showcasing local businesses in a fun, welcoming holiday atmosphere.
Market Hours: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Your Booth Includes
- One vendor space
- One canopy provided by Experience St. Peter
- Canopy pickup at Her Happy Place between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM on your market day
Vendor Requirements
- Booth rentals must be paid in full and approved before your space is reserved.
- Booth rental fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. If a vendor cancels for any reason, no refund or credit will be issued.
- Vendors must submit a completed Minnesota ST19 Certificate of Compliance at least 5 days prior to the market.
- All booths must be completely set up by 4:00 PM.
- Booths should be light, simple, and easy to set up, as these are short evening markets.
- Every booth must include Christmas decorations and offer at least two products suitable for Christmas or gift giving.
- Vendors are expected to greet visitors with a smile and create a welcoming, friendly shopping experience. Experience St. Peter reserves the right to ask any vendor to leave if their conduct is unprofessional or negatively impacts the event.
- Vendors represent Experience St. Peter and the downtown businesses behind these events. Professionalism, friendliness, and fun are expected.
- All booths must be completely removed by 8:00 PM.
- Vendors must comply with all ADA accessibility requirements, City of St. Peter regulations, and Experience St. Peter event rules.
- Political or religious organizations promoting agendas, causes, or candidates are not permitted.
Advertising
Experience St. Peter will promote the event through its marketing channels. Vendors are expected to actively promote their own businesses and encourage customers to attend.
Electricity
Limited electrical access may be available for select booth locations but is not guaranteed. Vendors needing electricity must request it in advance. Quiet battery-powered equipment is encouraged. Gas-powered generators are not permitted.
Event Information
Experience St. Peter has secured the required City of St. Peter permit and event insurance. Vendors are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable Minnesota sales tax on their own sales.
Canopy Return
Canopies must be picked up between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM at Her Happy Place and returned by 8:00 PM the same day. Vendors are responsible for returning the canopy in the same condition in which it was received. A separate canopy checkout form will be completed at pickup.
Cancellation Policy
Experience St. Peter reserves the right to cancel or modify the event due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Experience St. Peter also reserves the right to refuse or remove any vendor whose booth or conduct does not meet event standards.
Booth rental fees are non-refundable, including vendor cancellations and vendor removal from the event.
